His expertise includes counseling and therapy, life coaching, relationship-building, and balancing intimacy and autonomy; with an emphasis on marital healing and renewal. Dale addresses issues of depression, anxiety, loss, and divorce recovery, as well as co-dependence, boundary setting, and confidence building. He also works with clients facing non-chemical addictions, such as gambling, work, computer use, and sexual behaviors, and extends his support to caregivers who practice self-care. With over 30 years of experience as a therapist and counselor, and holding three graduate degrees in clinical social work and ministry, he employs a variety of therapeutic techniques including interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral, psycho-educational, solution-focused, life coaching, spiritual mentoring, psycho-dynamic, and reality therapy.
