OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women in Middleburg, FL, who are bravely facing the challenges of ovarian cancer. Our mission is to provide essential financial assistance tailored for ovarian cancer patients, empowering them to manage everyday necessities during their treatment journey. We offer a financial grant of $200, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to help ease the burden. Additionally, we provide access to psycho-social counseling sessions and genetic counseling consultations with licensed professionals, all designed to reinforce the resilience and strength of our participants. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of patients, and we process each request in the order received, depending on the availability of funding. Together, we strive to uplift those in need and foster a supportive community around ovarian cancer awareness and care.
