Antonia Lopez is dedicated to guiding clients through the strains of everyday life, the complexities surrounding parenthood, and crucial life crises. She specializes in helping individuals navigate the often-challenging realities of intimacy or making the difficult decision to continue or leave a marriage. Many of her clients find solace in the opportunity to listen to themselves from a different perspective, which significantly increases their chances of healing old wounds and allowing for the possibility of reconciliation with their partner or giving themselves permission to let go and start anew. With over 15 years of experience as a Psychologist and Sexologist in Spain, Antonia has worked with diverse groups, including women victims of domestic violence, couples facing sexual difficulties, adolescents, and cancer patients along with their families. She currently offers individual and couples coaching, as well as sexual counseling, aimed at helping clients overcome their blocks and achieve overall well-being. Utilizing a variety of therapeutic tools, such as NLP, Gestalt, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, her compassionate approach creates a safe space for transformation, whether through in-person sessions in Miami or online consultations worldwide.
