With extensive experience in supporting young adults and addressing disorders such as postpartum depression, anxiety, and depression, Eliza specializes in a range of issues, including social anxiety, inner child work, traumatic stress, interpersonal/family conflict, poor impulse control, substance abuse, grief/loss, and self-esteem. Committed to fostering a nonjudgmental and compassionate environment, Eliza believes everyone deserves to feel better, especially during difficult times. She encourages those feeling isolated in their emotional distress to reach out and begin their journey towards healing.
