At Little Havana Activities and Nutrition Centers of Dade County Inc, our Long Term Care Program is dedicated to empowering frail, nursing home-eligible seniors in Miami Beach, FL, to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. We understand the challenges faced by our elderly community and aim to provide essential support that helps prevent premature nursing home placement. Through personalized long-term care services, we ensure that our seniors receive the assistance they need while remaining connected to their families and community. We proudly accept Medicare Fee for Service and Medicaid, making our services accessible to those who need them most.
