Community Care for the Elderly (CCE) Program

The Community Care for the Elderly Program in Miami Beach, FL, is dedicated to empowering functionally impaired seniors to maintain their independence in a supportive environment while preventing premature placements in nursing homes. Our comprehensive services include case management, adult day care, homemaker assistance, companionship, emergency alert response, home-delivered meals, housing improvements, personal care, and access to specialized medical equipment. We assess a co-payment on a sliding scale based on income, but those living at or below the federal poverty level are not charged, ensuring that essential services remain accessible. Our priority is to assist elders referred through the Adult Protective Services who are facing abuse, neglect, or exploitation, helping them secure vital support to enhance their quality of life.
