MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Merritt Island, FL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who accesses care at VA facilities undergoes annual obesity screenings and is provided with personalized referrals to suitable weight management services. We offer a variety of treatment options tailored to meet the unique needs of our Veterans, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer in-home support. The MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to manage their weight independently, while additional options such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery are available for those who require further assistance. We invite Veterans interested in weight management to connect with their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to begin their journey toward better health.
