Based in Merritt Island, FL, the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA) is dedicated to providing vital support to individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome, their families, and caregivers. Our Family Support team offers a warm and understanding environment where families can find accurate information and comprehensive resources right when they need it most. We focus on essential areas such as parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and effective behavior management strategies. Additionally, we assist families navigating the often complex application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
