Rob Dvorak

Rob Dvorak, PhD, ABPP, is a compassionate psychologist dedicated to supporting teens and adults through their mental health challenges. Understanding that the decision to engage in therapy can be a daunting experience, Rob recognizes the courage it takes to seek help. He excels in creating a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can feel vulnerable and begin their journey towards positive change. Through collaboration, Rob guides clients towards a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life. Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), he is board-certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology, a distinction achieved by only 4% of psychologists. As one of just four psychologists in Central Florida with this esteemed certification and the only one in private practice, Rob applies his extensive knowledge to address relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Additionally, he serves as a military psychologist and an OIF veteran, enhancing his understanding of complex mental health issues. As a professor of psychology at UCF, Rob conducts vital research and trains future therapists in the art of effective therapy. His commitment to applying CBT in diverse modalities—including couples, individuals, and family therapy—ensures that each client receives tailored support that meets their unique needs.
