Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of residents in Leesburg, FL, through our Home Delivered Meals program. We offer nutritionally balanced meals tailored by a Registered Dietitian, specifically designed to meet the dietary needs of individuals with various health conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are free from common allergens including dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring safety and comfort for our clients. We serve eligible individuals covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs, and the Older Americans Act. For those lacking insurance coverage or who prefer a self-pay option, we provide meals for just $7.75 each, allowing clients to select their preferred meals and delivery times. Our commitment extends beyond meals, as we also offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to support our clients' health goals. Whether through government assistance or self-pay, we strive to provide accessible food assistance that empowers our community to live healthier, longer lives.
