Located in Leesburg, FL, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income individuals facing the challenges of dysphagia. We offer a variety of critical resources, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment, ensuring that our clients not only receive nourishment but also the support they need to maintain their health and well-being.
