Hold Me Tight® couples workshop, developed by Dr. Sue Johnson, is expertly facilitated by Dr. Jeanne Peterson, a Licensed Psychologist and Certified EFT Therapist, along with Dr. Ryan Henry, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Certified EFT Therapist & Supervisor. Participants will engage in presentations, discussions, example videos, and personalized exercises designed to illuminate how love can go astray and how couples can better understand their emotions. The workshop also provides strategies to stop fighting and foster deeper connections, heal past wounds, and ultimately create the fulfilling relationship they desire. Couples are allowed to discuss exercises privately, ensuring a comfortable environment, and sharing personal conversations is not a requirement.
