Tina Deveau

Tina Deveau is a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in working with individuals facing PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, adjustment issues, oppositional defiant disorder, self-harming behaviors, and attention issues. She is passionate about creating a judgment-free environment that fosters growth and healing for all her clients. Tina utilizes the principles of Brainspotting, a technique acknowledging that trauma is often stored in the subcortical region of the brain and can trigger a fight or flight response. Many individuals may find themselves caught in a prolonged state of fight or flight following traumatic experiences. Through targeted eye movement, Tina helps clients access their trauma, allowing for reprocessing and healing. With a Master’s degree in Counseling from Southeastern University, Tina is also pursuing her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, specializing in Counseling. Additionally, she is trained in both Brainspotting and the Safe and Sound Protocol, innovative brain-based trauma therapies. Tina believes that everyone deserves to live a life filled with grounding and peace, and she tirelessly works toward facilitating total healing from trauma and the past for all her clients.
