Sarah Maguire is a dedicated registered mental health counselor intern with a passion for guiding individuals through the ups and downs of life. Recognizing that some days can be more challenging than others, she emphasizes the importance of finding peace amidst chaos. Sarah believes that life offers numerous opportunities for growth and learning; it is her hope that through counseling, clients can explore their unique paths towards thriving rather than merely surviving. She walks alongside individuals as they discover what brings them joy and fulfillment, providing unwavering support as they work towards their personal goals. With extensive experience working with adults and adolescents facing co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders at both outpatient and intensive outpatient levels, Sarah aims to help her clients reach their fullest potential. She is trained in various therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, EFT, the Gottman Method Relationship Therapy, FARS, and TBRI. With the convenience of telehealth and in-person sessions, therapy with Sarah has never been more accessible, offering clients a compassionate and effective means to achieve well-being.
