Jenica Timmes

Jenica Timmes is a compassionate registered mental health counselor intern dedicated to providing counseling services for women and adolescent girls from diverse backgrounds. She believes that the most effective counseling allows individuals to feel heard, understood, and accepted for where they are at, while also addressing the root of their brokenness. Clients can expect a safe space to express themselves, share their stories without fear of judgment, and receive the compassion they deserve, all while experiencing the wholeness and healing that aligns with God's desires for their lives and relationships. Jenica has a wealth of experience dealing with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem and body image challenges, grief and loss, parenting struggles, relationship difficulties, and concerns stemming from childhood. By utilizing a relational approach to counseling and drawing from a Christian-based perspective, she seamlessly integrates clinical concepts into her practice. Her safe and confidential practice is situated by the picturesque Lake Morton, offering a quaint and comfortable environment that invites clients to find solace amidst their struggles. Jenica is honored to walk alongside her clients on their journeys toward wholeness and healing.
