Deidre Mcleod

Deidre Mcleod is a dedicated mental health counselor (LMHC) who partners with clients to help them build their strengths and overcome challenges. At Cornerstone Centers for Wellbeing, she is devoted to assisting individuals in discovering their inner strength and making authentic, meaningful, and mindful choices about their lives. Deidre believes that by guiding her clients to find their center, they can achieve internal peace, happiness, and develop essential skills to navigate life's challenges successfully. With expertise in addressing depression, anxiety symptoms, adjustment difficulties, stress and anger management, and various other mental health needs, Deidre embraces a trauma-informed approach. She is skilled in addressing post-traumatic stress symptoms and reducing panic responses, and as a certified domestic and sexual violence advocate, she has compassionately supported many victims of these experiences. She warmly welcomes those seeking connection and is committed to exploring their unique situations in a private, supportive setting.
