Meet Antonio Griffin, a compassionate LPC intern currently completing his Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology under the supervision of a Licensed Clinician. Antonio's approach to therapy is deeply rooted in mindfulness, and he is dedicated to helping individuals cultivate positive relationships. In his sessions, he partners with clients to unpack and reorganize the challenges they face, creating an affirming and empowering environment. His ultimate goal is to guide individuals toward finding meaning, connection, and understanding, enabling them to build upon their strengths and achieve their goals. Antonio works with both teens and adults dealing with challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders, emotional difficulties, and substance abuse. With a person-centered and solution-focused methodology, he utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches within a non-judgmental setting that supports clients in obtaining the life they aspire to live. For added convenience, Antonio also provides therapy via video sessions.
