Share Your Heart, located in Lake Worth, FL, is dedicated to combating food insecurity through its comprehensive food assistance program. Our mission is to alleviate hunger in our community by providing emergency food distributions that meet basic nutritional needs while raising awareness around the challenges of hunger. We take a holistic approach by offering not only food but also clothing, essential supplies, and employment services to promote self-sufficiency. In addition, our Volunteer Chaplains provide spiritual and emotional support, ensuring that our services address the whole person.
