MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Lake Worth, FL, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is clear: to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and to connect them with personalized weight management solutions that address their specific needs. We offer a range of services, including engaging group sessions, supportive telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support as required. For those who prefer self-guided strategies, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is an excellent resource. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may need more intensive intervention after participating in MOVE!.
