MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Lake Mary, FL, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected to tailored weight management services. We offer a wide range of options, including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer in-home support. Additionally, Veterans can leverage the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management, access weight loss medications, or explore bariatric surgery for ongoing weight-related challenges. Our dedicated team is here to support Veterans on their journey towards healthier lifestyles, and individuals interested in joining the program can consult their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider for assistance.
