Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to serving the residents of Lake Mary, FL, by providing Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to those eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, and the Older Americans Act. Our nutritious meal program is thoughtfully designed by a Registered Dietitian to cater to various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, ensuring that clients receive meals that promote their well-being. We prioritize safety and dietary needs by offering meals free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those who qualify under Medicaid or the Older Americans Act, our services can often be included in their benefits, and individuals can verify eligibility through their Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging. Additionally, we provide options for Medicare Advantage beneficiaries and a self-pay program for individuals who prefer the convenience of home delivery without health plan eligibility, all at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. Beyond meal provisions, N4L offers Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to support health objectives, further contributing to the well-being of our community.
