Jill Lebenson

Jill Lebenson is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, specializing in providing compassionate support to teens and adults dealing with depression, trauma, and codependency. She understands that reaching out for help is a significant and often daunting step, and she strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential space where clients can explore their vulnerabilities with confidence. With over 20 years of experience in social work, Jill is deeply committed to guiding individuals on their sacred journey towards healing their inner wounds. She employs a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Compassion Focused, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative therapy, and Person-Centered therapy, to help clients address core issues and reconcile painful behaviors. Jill particularly values her work with women facing challenges surrounding codependency, narcissistic abuse, anxiety, grief, loss, and the complexities of being Adult Children of Alcoholics. Her academic foundation includes a Master’s degree from Barry University, and she is licensed to practice in the State of Florida. Outside of her therapeutic practice, Jill is passionate about animal rescue, delighting in the company of dogs, cats, and all creatures great and small.
