At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Jupiter, FL, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and practical food assistance through our Home Delivered Meals program, designed to support individuals in need of medically tailored nutrition. Our meals, crafted by a Registered Dietitian, cater to clients with specific health requirements, including those managing Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure, ensuring they receive the vital nutrients necessary for their well-being. We proudly offer options for clients covered under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), as well as those under the Older Americans Act. Additionally, we provide affordable self-pay meals for those ineligible for assistance, allowing customers to select from a diverse menu for just $7.75 per meal. Our mission is to empower individuals to maintain their health and independence through tailored nutrition, ensuring everyone in our community has access to quality food assistance.
