Victoria Mcneil-young

Victoria McNeil-Young, PhD, is a dedicated Counseling Psychologist who specializes in helping adults navigate their mental health journeys. With a strong focus on issues such as depression, anxiety, and racial identity, she operates within a multiculturally focused liberation framework. Victoria believes in the inherent ability of individuals to grow and reach their fullest potential, offering support as they face life’s challenges and transitions. She employs a variety of therapy modalities including Culturally Sensitive, Trauma Focused, Humanistic, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy, ensuring that her approach is tailored to honor diverse identities, culture, and personal values.

Victoria provides both individual and couples therapy sessions, where she aims to strengthen connections and facilitate conflict resolution. Her passion for supporting clients through various concerns—ranging from LGBTQ+ issues, self-esteem, trauma recovery, to career and academic challenges—drives her commitment to promote healing through authentic human connection.
