Paul Horn

Paul Horn is dedicated to guiding individuals through their journey towards effective change, starting from where they currently are in life. He emphasizes that each individual's story is just one chapter, encouraging clients to take control of how the future chapters unfold. With a strong belief that meaningful change occurs when one acknowledges and accepts their situation—often a blend of comfort and discontent—Paul focuses on identifying and harnessing each client's strengths as the foundational building blocks for transformation. His mission is to assist clients in embracing and navigating their challenges, whether those stem from mood and emotional struggles, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, or the pursuit of deeper happiness in life. As a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience in Community Mental Health, Paul has worked with diverse populations facing a broad range of mental health and life challenges, with a special emphasis on trauma and crisis situations. Now in private practice, he collaborates with individuals and couples aged 18 and older. Paul's efforts encompass a wide array of mental health and life issues, all aimed at enhancing the well-being of individuals and relationships. Holding a Master's degree in HR Management and drawing from his 28 years of service as a retired Navy Veteran, Paul brings a variety of unique perspectives to each session, enriching the therapeutic experience for his clients.
