Erica Wortherly

Erica Wortherly, LCSW, is a compassionate Clinical Social Worker and therapist dedicated to supporting educators at all levels as they navigate the challenges of maintaining a healthy balance between their commitment to their students and their own mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Through her guidance, clients are empowered to recognize and address various types of stress and feelings of being overwhelmed. She helps individuals evaluate the importance of their well-being and develop personalized, adaptable self-care plans. With her experience as a former teacher and school-based counselor, Erica intimately understands the unique challenges faced by individuals working in educational settings, including the significant pressures that come from such roles. Her therapeutic approach includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), allowing clients to receive tailored support for trauma, parenting issues, and life transitions.
