Adrienne Desantis King

Adrienne Desantis King is a dedicated Licensed Psychologist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D), and Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP). With a wealth of experience, she focuses on helping children and adolescents, ranging from 18 months to 18 years, as well as their families and educators. Adrienne specializes in addressing behavioral challenges such as disruptive behavioral disorders, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and ADHD, alongside Autism Spectrum Disorders, anxiety, depressive symptoms, adjustment issues, and learning difficulties. She is adept at conducting comprehensive assessments for diagnostic purposes and providing insightful recommendations tailored to individual learning profiles. Her range of services includes individual, family, and group therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment, cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavior modification education for parents and teachers, as well as thorough assessment services including gifted and psychological evaluations. As the only psychologist with BCBA-D and NCSP credentials in her community, Adrienne’s commitment is evident through her years of training at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, serving on the district board for SEDNET, and her role as an adjunct faculty member at a nearby university.
