OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

Located in Jacksonville, FL, OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential financial assistance and resources tailored to their needs. Our program offers a $200 financial grant, along with $100 gas and grocery cards to help ensure that patients can focus on their health without the added burden of financial stress. In addition, we provide psycho-social counseling and genetic counseling sessions via phone with qualified professionals, offering compassionate support as women navigate their journey. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of their patients, which are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to available funding.
