Veggie Van is a dedicated mobile marketplace serving Hudson, FL, and the surrounding underserved communities in Hillsborough and East Pasco counties. Our mission is to expand access to fresh, nutritious fruits and vegetables for individuals and families in need. With a commitment to food assistance, we offer participants the ability to join Veggie Van for a nominal fee of just $4 per month, allowing them to select two bags of seasonal produce. We pride ourselves on being a vital resource in neighborhoods like Wimauma Village, Tampa Heights, Sulphur Springs, Plant City, Dover, and Lacoochee. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently providing produce bags at no cost, ensuring that everyone has access to healthy food during these challenging times.
