Diabetes Self-Management Education

At Tampa General Hospital's Diabetes Self-Management Education program in Hudson, FL, we empower adults living with diabetes through a comprehensive two-day education course focused on effective self-care strategies. Led by a team of Certified Diabetes Educators, Registered Nurses, Registered Dieticians, and Medical Doctors, our program offers essential knowledge on meal planning, exercise, medication management, blood glucose monitoring, and reducing the risk of complications associated with diabetes.
