Community Care for the Elderly (CCE) Program

The Community Care for the Elderly (CCE) Program in Homestead, FL, is dedicated to providing essential support services for functionally impaired seniors, enabling them to maintain their independence and live comfortably in their own homes. Our mission is to prevent premature institutionalization by offering a range of community-based services such as case management, adult day care, companionship, home-delivered meals, emergency alert response, and personal care, all tailored to meet individual needs. We also assist with housing improvements and provide specialized medical equipment. Our sliding scale co-payment system ensures accessibility, with no fees for clients at or below the federal poverty level, and we guarantee that services cannot be terminated due to inability to pay. We prioritize those referred by the Department of Children and Families’ Adult Protective Services, especially elders facing abuse, neglect, or exploitation, ensuring they receive the immediate care and assistance they require in a warm and supportive environment.
