Sarah Stubins

Sarah Stubins is a dedicated therapist who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and their families, while also providing individual therapy for adults. With her M.S. in Counseling and Applied Psychology from Lynn University, she has developed a strong focus on enhancing social skills and mood regulation within the youth population. Sarah is a firm believer in the power of communication—both verbal and nonverbal—and works diligently to help her clients enrich their 'emotional vocabulary.' Her ideal clients are those ready to embark on a journey of self-improvement and are eager to develop the skills they find challenging. Sarah utilizes a variety of treatment modalities tailored to individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, Adlerian, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy. Incorporating psycho-educational experiences such as board games and reading, she draws upon her training in ABA therapy when beneficial. Sarah is committed to creating a supportive environment for success and takes care to sensitively integrate each client’s cultural background into their sessions, offering telehealth and flexible scheduling to meet their diverse needs.
