Our meals, designed by a Registered Dietitian, cater to a variety of dietary needs and medical conditions, ensuring proper nutrition for our clients’ health and well-being. We specialize in meals free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, addressing specific requirements for conditions like Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. For individuals covered by Medicaid and the Older Americans Act, we assist with meal delivery eligibility through coordination with Case Managers and local agencies. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries may find their plans offer meal support as part of post-discharge or chronic care services. Additionally, we provide a self-pay option for individuals who wish to enjoy our meal delivery without qualifying for government assistance, with each meal priced affordably at $7.75 plus a flat shipping fee. N4L also offers Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services to further support our clients’ health journeys.
