Pass It On Ministries of South Florida is dedicated to alleviating hunger and supporting families in Hialeah, FL, by offering vital food assistance to men, women, and children in need throughout Miami-Dade County. Our food pantry strives to meet the basic nutritional requirements of those facing food insecurity, while also providing additional support such as clothing and shoes upon request and toys for children to bring a sense of joy to their lives. To access our services, clients are encouraged to obtain a referral from a caseworker or a community organization, ensuring that we can offer targeted and effective support to those who need it most.
