Mary Bobowiec understands that emotions can often feel overwhelming and confusing. With sensitivity to family dysfunction and childhood trauma, Mary provides a safe space for healing. She specializes in a variety of therapy types, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Trauma-Focused therapy, and offers support to individuals dealing with depression, PTSD, anxiety, and relationship issues, among others.
