Women, Infants and Children (WIC)

Located in Fort Walton Beach, FL, the Okaloosa County Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and nutrition education at no cost to families in need. Designed for pregnant women, new mothers, infants, and children up to five years old, our services encompass height, weight, and hemoglobin screenings, as well as access to healthy food options like milk, cheese, eggs, and fresh produce through EBT cards and vouchers. We prioritize the health of the whole family by offering nutrition counseling, breastfeeding support, and referrals to connect families with local health care and community services. To determine eligibility, families can walk into our clinics; we encourage all applicants to bring proof of income, residency, and identification.
