OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Fort Walton Beach, FL, is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential resources tailored to their unique needs. Our program offers a comprehensive financial assistance package that includes a $200 grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card, helping alleviate the financial strain often associated with this diagnosis. Additionally, we provide access to psycho-social counseling sessions with a licensed clinical social worker and genetic counseling sessions via phone with a licensed Genetic Counselor, ensuring that emotional and practical support is readily available. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of patients, as we process requests on a first-come, first-served basis based on funding availability.
