Julie Daubenspeck is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed in Florida, Hawaii, and Colorado. With years of experience, she has notably worked with victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse and has guided individuals through challenges related to depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relational issues. Julie's passion lies in empowering wounded women, helping them rise to their fullest potential. As a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Julie draws from her own life experience, having spent over 35 years in marriage and two decades as a military spouse during her husband's service in the Air Force. Her therapeutic practice is integrative, utilizing methods such as Experiential, Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, and Emotionally Focused interventions. Additionally, Julie has completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, which she adeptly incorporates into her sessions. Inspired by the belief that 'nobody can steal your destiny, only you can give it away,' Julie is committed to helping clients rise above their past traumas and the mistakes they've made.
