Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) proudly serves the Fort Myers, FL community by providing Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals tailored to meet the nutritional needs of individuals under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. Our program is designed to enhance the health and well-being of clients through meals thoughtfully crafted by a Registered Dietitian, addressing specific medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. We emphasize dietary restrictions by ensuring our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. Eligible beneficiaries can receive meals at no cost while self-pay options are available for those desiring convenience at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. We encourage individuals to check with their Case Managers or local resources to determine their eligibility for meal delivery. In addition, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to support our clients' overall health goals.
