Dr. Arlen Leight is a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate through anxiety, sadness, grief, and loss. He understands that many are feeling anxious about emerging from the pandemic and that relationships may be struggling in light of recent challenges. With over 20 years of experience specializing in working with gay men and couples, he recognizes the importance of engaging with a professional who is attuned to these unique struggles. An expert in relationship and intimacy issues, Dr. Leight is particularly sensitive to the effects of new stressors on relationships and is committed to guiding clients through their emotional journeys. His qualifications include a BA in Psychology from Johns Hopkins University, a Masters in Social Work from Catholic University, and a PhD from The American Academy of Clinical Sexologists. He also serves as a Professor at AACS and is the author of 'Sex Happens: The Gay Man's Guide to Creative Intimacy'. Dr. Leight believes in the power of care, encapsulated in his maxim: 'No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care.'
