The Aging and Disability Resource Center Helpline serves the invaluable purpose of supporting seniors, individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, and their families and caregivers in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Our dedicated team of trained information and referral specialists is committed to connecting residents of Broward County with essential services that meet their unique needs. Whether you require assistance finding the right service providers or need referrals for various resources, we are here to help. In response to pressing food shortages exacerbated by COVID-19, we also facilitate access to emergency food assistance through the Area Agency on Aging of Broward’s Elder Helpline for those not currently involved in a meal program. Our staff is available to provide support in English, Spanish, and Creole, ensuring everyone can receive the help they deserve.
