Luce Zondlo is a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor who understands that life can present personal challenges that, at times, feel overwhelming and difficult to navigate. She has a particular passion for assisting those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, identity issues, addiction, as well as the complexities of grief and loss. Proficient in both English and Spanish, Luce adopts a culturally sensitive approach, combining various therapeutic modalities, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), among others.
