Lonnie Bero is a compassionate Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, devoted to supporting adult women and those who identify as female. Specializing in issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and the challenges of motherhood, including parenting children with special needs, she offers tailored therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual. With certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), she integrates mindfulness-based practices along with various other modalities, including trauma-focused and strength-based techniques, to help her clients process their feelings and foster meaningful connections.
