Lance Mauro believes that the essence of therapy transcends gender, age, race, color, or nationality. He is dedicated to sharing in the goals of his clients, recognizing that each individual—children, couples, seniors, and adults—has the potential for growth. With three decades of clinical training and experience, Lance understands that many of life's complex challenges can be navigated through careful assessment and the establishment of straightforward goals that align with individual values. His traditional training has equipped him with a solid foundation in understanding the broader context of an individual’s background. Additionally, he emphasizes the value of brief therapy models, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, hypnotherapy, expressive therapies, and couples and family therapy.
