Hammy's Heart

Hammy's Heart is a compassionate initiative based in Delray Beach, FL, dedicated to supporting families of critically ill children by addressing a fundamental need: food assistance. Understanding the incredible financial burden these families face, we provide gift cards specifically for grocery bills, alleviating some of the stress associated with maintaining a household during challenging times. To participate in our program, families must have their child's medical condition verified by a doctor and secure a referral from a social worker or healthcare provider.
