Independent Living Skills

Independent Living Skills, located in Coral Springs, FL, is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities by enhancing their life skills for greater independence at home, at work, and in the community. Our mission is to educate and equip participants with practical tools through personalized one-on-one assistance, engaging workshops, and small classes. We cover essential topics such as money management, cooking and meal preparation, nutrition, fitness and recreation, stress management, assistive technology, and computer skills. While in-person services are currently limited due to COVID-19, we continue to offer support through phone consultations.
