Today, based in Cocoa, FL, we extend our compassionate care to over 50 diverse language groups, ensuring everyone can access affordable and culturally sensitive health services. Our comprehensive offerings include primary medical, dental, vision, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, all available on a sliding fee scale to accommodate various income levels. For those without insurance, our dedicated patient services representatives are here to guide you through qualifying for free or low-cost insurance programs.
