Patient Aid Program

Based in Clermont, FL, the Patient Aid Program is dedicated to supporting individuals facing financial challenges due to their medical conditions. We provide a one-time stipend of $100 to assist with essential non-medical expenses such as transportation, food, housing, and utilities. Our aim is to alleviate some of the burdens that come with serious health issues, allowing patients to focus on their recovery. Please note that our emergency payments are subject to fund availability, and we continually adapt our services to best meet the needs of our clients.
