Sandee Nebel, M.S., is a certified counselor and a specially trained Certified Eating Disorder Specialist dedicated to guiding her clients through the complexities of emotional eating, eating disorders, and body image dissatisfaction. With extensive experience in both individual and group therapy, she collaborates closely with her clients to forge personalized paths toward recovery. Through the innovative Better Body Esteem® program, individuals can significantly enhance their confidence and self-esteem, no matter how long they've struggled with body image issues. Sandee adopts an integrative psychotherapy approach, recognizing that every individual requires a unique plan that resonates with them personally. Her keen ability to listen—both to the spoken and unspoken—enables her to provide tailored counsel, actionable plans for change, and fresh perspectives. Additionally, Sandee serves as a Florida Qualified Supervisor for Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns, offering clinical supervision as they build their hours. As an Approved Supervisor for IAEDP (International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals), she provides vital training and supervision to counselors across the United States, furthering the reach of her impactful work.
