Family Development Program

The Family Development Program is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for low-income families in Clearwater and throughout Pinellas County. We focus on providing essential services, including comprehensive case management, referrals to vital community resources, and access to educational and training opportunities. Our emergency assistance helps families in immediate need, while our support for small business startups empowers individuals to achieve financial independence. We also offer programs for youth extracurricular activities and an Individual Development Account (IDA) initiative, which provides a valuable two-to-one savings match to foster economic growth.
